Contact forms
We provide a contact form in order for you to get in touch with us by email. In order for us to respond to the email generated by this form, we will ask you for your name and email address. Neither of these are stored on this website. These are simply used to create and send an email. The email you send by this means will be kept on the office computer of Cambray Baptist Church until we respond to your email. In order to respond to your email the details may be passed on to one other member of the church, normally one of the Pastors. Your email and our response may be archived for security purposes, but this archive will be encrypted.

They will pass your email on to our Governance Committee who will investigate the suspected data breach, ensure prompt action is taken to rectify any data breach found, and will self-report to the UK Information Commissioner. You will be informed of the findings, actions needed and taken, and any penalties that may have been imposed upon us.
