Contact forms

We provide a contact form in order for you to get in touch with us by email.  In order for us to respond to the email generated by this form, we will ask you for your name and email address.  Neither of these are stored on this website.  These are simply used to create and send an email.  The email you send by this means will be kept on the office computer of Cambray Baptist Church until we respond to your email.  In order to respond to your email the details may be passed on to one other member of the church, normally one of the Pastors.  Your email and our response may be archived for security purposes, but this archive will be encrypted.


For normal viewing of this website we only use cookies for navigation.  No personal data is retained.

If you are on the staff of Cambray Baptist Church then you may have an account for this website.  When you log into this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. For staff within Cambray Baptist Church who have registered on our website, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you are a staff members of Cambray Baptist Church and have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. If you suspect a data breach, please contact us by email at office AT   They will pass your email on to our Governance Committee who will investigate the suspected data breach, ensure prompt action is taken to rectify any data breach found, and will self-report to the UK Information Commissioner.  You will be informed of the findings, actions needed and taken, and any penalties that may have been imposed upon us.
